Privacy policy
Chrysalis Admissions Advising ("Chrysalis") respects the privacy of the families who visit this website. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name and email address, and optionally your student's grade and a message.
The website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. It may store small, functional settings in your browser (for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice). These are not shared with anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To keep a record of our correspondence while we work together.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored securely with our website database provider and are accessible only to Chrysalis. If you book a time through our scheduling calendar, that booking is handled by the scheduling provider under its own privacy policy.
Students under 18
The contact form is intended for parents and guardians. We ask only for a student's grade, and we do not knowingly collect other personal information from children through this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you have sent at any time by emailing alisa@chrysalisadmissions.com. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California privacy law, and we will honor those requests.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
